Pat Phibbs has parted company with Leicester as his short term contract has come to an end. He has now signed on with London Irish, again on injury cover this time for Tomas O'Leary. Phibbs played 5 games for the Tigers first team and 1 game for the seconds, the highlight of his time will surely be his bright performances against the touring NZ Maori in what was his only start.

Brettman Returns, Tigers announce signing of Dynamic Duo
Tigers have announced the return of Leicester born Brett Deacon and new signing Pat Phibbs. Deacon is well known to any Ultra SubMarine worth his salt and joins his brother in striving to emulate that other lock and back row pair of brothers: The Johnsons. Pat Phibbs is a newer name arriving in Exeter after last years World Cup. The 30 year old was deemed surplus to requirements at the ACT Brumbies before spending a year on Exeter's bench behind Coventry born Hayden Thomas.
