Tom and Ben Youngs have both signed new contracts with Leicester Tigers reported as "long term". What constitutes long term is not revealed but as Tom is 25 and Ben 23 then either 3 or 4 years is most likely.
Sons of Nick Youngs the pair have made a big impact at Tigers in a relatively short time and both have made positional switches. Ben Youngs made his debut at fly half against Argentina but has found fame in the other half back berth, playing in 4 Premiership finals and scoring in the win against Saracens. A bigger switch has been made by elder brother Tom who has moved from centre to hooker. Much has been written about that move (including me here) but it really is a remarkable switch.
The two brothers and their Dad have made a combined 287 appearances in The Stripes, with father Nick leading the way with 145, and 34 England caps, this time youngest Ben leads the way with 26 caps.
